Pathways Makati celebrated its 10th Anniversary

Pathways Makati, headed by its Site Leader, Emil Ormita, celebrated their site’s 10th anniversary hybrid last night at Jade Hotel in Pasong Tamo, Makati and via online using Zoom.  It was a fun-filled, spirit-filled night, attended by both old and new members.  Entitled “Hearts on Fire,” Emil Ormita opened the event as

to how they came up with this year’s theme.  After which, there was worship, giving honor and thanksgiving to God.  Program proper followed, hosted by Gary Jaravata, Michael “Coco” Cruz and Milbert Capote who was online.  Games and surprises excited everyone.  Greetings were also shown coming from former site leaders of Pathways Makati, as well as its members who expressed their gratitude as to how the site has changed their lives.  Pathways Director, Atty Bobby Quitain, also extended his greetings and message to Pathways Makati.  The night ended with smiles on their faces and with much hope for the years to come. 

The Same Call

John Keating, Vice President-Sword of the Spirit and Regional Elder for Brotherhood-Servants of the Word, Asian Region met and had a good dinner with the Pathways Leadership Council (PLC) for an update meeting regarding the direction and plans of Pathways moving forward. Sharing their prayers and discernment, the call is the same – to bring the Lord to many people. Thus, Pathways continues to respond to this call that the Lord has set out.
 

Pathways New Ministry Head for Training and Development

Pathways recently announced Stephen Sandoval as its new Ministry Head of Training and Development.  Steve, as he is fondly called, stepped down as Site Leader of Pathways Sta Rosa and took on the new role to oversee all training activities, enhancing the knowledge and skills of its leaders and members, while providing information and instructions on how to perform our roles and services.  

 

Steve Sandoval is the CEO and Training Director of Leadcore Training Consultancy.  He specializes in organizational development and strategic planning.  He is a covenanted member of Ang Ligaya ng Panginoon.  He is also a Pastoral Leader of the South Sector of the same community, extending pastoral care to his members.  

Pathways welcomes new Site Leaders

Pathways is very please to announce three (3) new Site Leaders, namely:

 

     —  Andrew Lee, Site Leader for Singapore;

 

 

     —  Aris Pangilinan for Pathways Victoria, Australia, and;

 

 

     —  Gil de Guzman would be replacing Bro Steve Sandoval for Pathways Sta Rosa Laguna

 
This, indeed, is good news  for Pathways to better accomplish our goal of bringing more people to Christ, thus, making greater number of disciples for Christ. Let us offer prayers for our new leaders as they accomplish their mission. God be with you, brothers!
